DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Hudson Valley Craft Beverage Festival is right around the corner\, happening on our Season Opening weekend\, Saturday\, April 4th! Explore a bustling Tasting Market and try the best local cider\, beer\, wine\, spirits and kombucha from a curated selection of Hudson Valley’s finest beverage makers. Producers tend to bring their favorite experiments and their smallest batches\, so you might try something you can’t find anywhere else!  We’re also hosting our Season Opening Pig Roast the same day\, and roast pork pairs well with just about every drink in the book. Select the number of pork platters you’d like to add on with your tickets at check out to bundle your festival and pig roast experience together. Entry to the orchard is free and includes live music. Food\, drinks and festival tickets are sold à la carte.

Led by creative duo Becca Fox and Matt Walsh\, the band channels musical inspo Talking Heads with their distinct brand of Afrofunk and indie dance music. A visual as well as auditory feast on stage\, Canadian blog The Revue calls GB “tantalizing and intoxicating.”\n\n\nFox\, leading an expandable cast of dancers\, creates thrilling\, immersive live shows. A multi-disciplinary artist of Haitian and Jewish descent\, Fox embodies what it means to be mixed\, taking virtuosic dance turns in an eclectic range of styles from rhythm tap and West African to pop-modern contemporary. With dance performances at the Metropolitan Opera (“Eurydice” and “Lucia di Lammermoor”) and numerous European TV ad campaigns to her credit\, Fox brings a potent\, incendiary presence to the stage that Arts Council of Greater New Haven described as “…airborne…half-vocalist\, half-bird.” \nBecca will lead a pre-show dance class!
