He has also worked as a producer and as a session musician. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGail Ann Dorsey is an American bassist\, vocalist\, and songwriter whose powerful stage presence and fluid\, melodic bass lines have made her one of rock and pop’s most in‑demand collaborators. Best known for her long tenure in David Bowie’s band from the mid‑1990s through his final tours—where she played bass and often took Freddie Mercury’s vocal parts on “Under Pressure”—she has also recorded and toured with artists like Lenny Kravitz\, Tears for Fears\, Gang of Four\, The National\, Boy George\, and the Indigo Girls.

Sometimes heartbreaking and often rebellious\, YAGÓDY’s music is a testament to the land\, and spirit of the people of Ukraine. They poetically describe their concerts as\, “the songs of wild tribes. This is the voice of your ancestors. This is live energy. It is a dance with voices. This is how our nature smells. This is how our blood sounds.” \nThe self-titled debut album\, YAGÓDY\, released in 2020 introduced the world to their unique sound\, featuring powerful renditions of Ukrainian\, Bulgarian\, and Serbian folk songs. Their famous 1993 MTV Unplugged performance was released for the first time on vinyl as a coveted Record Store Day exclusive\, and November 2025 also saw the 30-year-anniversary reissue of their Let Your Dim Light Shine album. \nThis upcoming show offers a rare opportunity to see SOUL ASYLUM’s Dave Pirner and Ryan Smith perform an intimate\, one-of-a-kind acoustic set.

It can explore extra terrestrial textures\, play gorgeous harmony and quiet counterpoint\, or cause acid lunatics to dance naked in a field.” And thus his new project\, The Guitar Choir\, where four expert players from different backgrounds merge to explore the guitar’s infinite universe of sound. \nThe orchestral concept is not so much about soloists and accompaniment\, rather a group mind where the collective is prized and beauty emerges from surprise and empathy. The idea has grown from Harrison’s work at the yearly Alternative Guitar Summit Camp where master players often group together by chance with spectacular results. The repertoire includes Harrison’s compositions as well as tunes from anywhere. \nSteve Cardenas is best known for his work with Charlie Haden\, Steve Swallow\, and Paul Motian. Max Light is considered one of the leading younger improvisers with influences from modern bop to Allan Holdsworth. He placed 2nd in the 2019 Herbie Hancock Guitar Competition. Gregg Belisle-Chi gained notoriety for releasing an astonishing solo record of avant saxophonist Tim Berne’s improvisations. He leads his own quartet exploring the outer reaches of jazz and rock and much else. Guitarist\, composer\, arranger\, lyricist\, writer\, educator\, and vocalist Joel Harrison has “created a new blueprint for jazz” (New Orleans Times-Picayune). Succinctly described by the New York Times as “protean… brilliant\,” he is the founder and director of the Alternative Guitar Summit\, a yearly festival and camp devoted to new and unusual guitar music. \nThe Ted Nash Trio is a jazz trio led by Grammy‑winning saxophonist and composer Ted Nash\, best known for his work with Jazz at Lincoln Center.
