DESCRIPTION:SOLO GALLERY at the Woodstock Artists Association and Museum (WAAM) \nMarvel’s Cabinet presents a body of work by artist Yura Adams that gathers imagined narratives and unlikely companions drawn from the artist’s deep engagement with the natural world. Rooted in close observation\, the exhibition transforms encounters with nature into invented forms that blur the boundaries between abstraction\, figuration\, and storytelling. Works are made using a multitude of materials\, including plaster\, ceramic\, foam\, oil and acrylic paint\, canvas\, mylar\, ink\, fabric and frequently photography that is buried in the work. \nEXHIBITION: January 23–March 8\, 2026\nOPENING RECEPTION: Saturday\, January 24\, 4-6pm\nARTIST TALK: Saturday\, January 24\, 3-4pm

DESCRIPTION:Carrie Haddad Gallery is pleased to present The Drawing Show\, on view from January 30 through March 22\, 2026\, with an opening reception on Saturday\, January 31\, from 5–7 pm. \nThe exhibition features drawings by Mark Beard\, Linda Newman Boughton\, David Dew Bruner\, Sue Bryan\, Paul Chojnowski\, Donise English\, Kathryn Freeman\, Louise Laplante\, Glenn Palmer-Smith\, and David Soman. \nTogether\, the artists form a network of quiet conversations. Systems and intuition\, nature and architecture\, narrative and abstraction\, presence and absence all move in and out of focus across the gallery.
