The Poughkeepsie Farm Project – a regenerative nonprofit farm in the Hudson Valley – is bringing back its Summer Soiree on Sunday, August 30th, from 4-7pm. (Use code INSIDE for $10 off each ticket! Every ticket directly supports PFP’s mission: growing food regeneratively, building soil health, teaching kids about food systems, training the next generation of farmers, and keeping fresh produce accessible to our neighbors across the Hudson Valley.
This year’s event is a dine-around that will bring together 12 incredible chefs (and even more ingredient partners!) from across the Hudson Valley and Catskills, each serving up a dish inspired by the season’s harvest. Guests wander from station to station, sampling everything from Corwin Kave’s James Beard-recognized cooking at Deer Mountain Inn to local favorites like Little Goat, Rosie General, and our pop-up partner Little Loaf Bakery! It’s a chance to taste the incredible food culture our region has to offer – all while supporting the regenerative farm that helps make it possible.
Beyond the food, you’ll find a silent auction stacked with local experiences like a stay at Hemlock Neversink, a retreat at Omega Institute, dinner at Nines Germantown, and more – plus live music from the amazing Soil + Soul! Open bar with drinks from Anytime Farmhouse, Plan Bee Brewery, Curious Elixirs, Poppi soda, and Saratoga Water. I can promise some little surprises throughout the night too.
