Led personally by Hillrock’s founders Jeffrey Baker & Cathy Franklin, the “Founders Tour” offers our most exclusive distillery experience yet. Learn all about Hillrock’s Field-to-Glass® operation, including the storied heritage of the Estate, sustainable farming practices, traditional floor malting and the process of hand-crafting award winning whiskeys. Guests will be guided through our bucolic grounds and facilities, complete with a rickhouse barrel thieving from our innovative Solera — constructed by legendary master distiller Dave Pickerell. We’ll end in the tasting room over a Founders Selection flight, assembled from our premium limited releases and paired with local cheese and charcuterie. Guests will have a rare opportunity to purchase coveted bottles from Hillrock’s whiskey library. Limited spaces available.
