The 2026 Hudson Valley Craft Beverage Festival is right around the corner, happening on our Season Opening weekend, Saturday, April 4th! Explore a bustling Tasting Market and try the best local cider, beer, wine, spirits and kombucha from a curated selection of Hudson Valley’s finest beverage makers. Producers tend to bring their favorite experiments and their smallest batches, so you might try something you can’t find anywhere else! We’re also hosting our Season Opening Pig Roast the same day, and roast pork pairs well with just about every drink in the book. Select the number of pork platters you’d like to add on with your tickets at check out to bundle your festival and pig roast experience together. Entry to the orchard is free and includes live music. Food, drinks and festival tickets are sold à la carte.
