Join us on Sunday, August 16 for a special one-night-only pop-up dinner at the Dassai Blue Brewery & Tasting Room with Chef David Israelow of Four Corners. Inspired by his Japanese and French culinary training, Chef David has created an elegant four-course menu celebrating the incredible flavors of the Hudson Valley’s summer harvest.
Each course has been thoughtfully paired with an optional premium Dassai Blue sake (available for an additional charge).
Seatings at 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM & 7:30 PM. This intimate dinner has very limited seating and is expected to sell out.
