This 3-day experiential retreat merges traditional martial arts with spiritual disciplines, such as Zen, Hermetic alchemy, and kaizen (continuous improvement), offering a powerful vehicle for healing, discipline, and spiritual embodiment
Through daily zazen (meditation), guided talks, and training in a Tang Soo Do sword form as moving meditation and prayer, you sharpen your awareness, refine your discipline, and open the doorway to a deeper way of living. You learn:
- Guided movement sessions with the bo staff and open-hand forms
- Teachings on the Chil Sung (Seven Star) philosophy of Korean martial arts as a moral and spiritual compass
