Join us on Friday October 2nd for a special Cider Excursion at Fishkill Farms, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how our hard cider goes from orchard to glass! The experience begins with a walking tour of our cider production facility, followed by a wagon ride through the orchard while enjoying five 3 oz tasting pours of Treasury Cider in a branded souvenir plastic picnic glass. Along the way, our head cidermaker and our assistant farm manager will talk about what we grow here, the history of hard cider, the process we use to make our own cider and more. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the orchard, our farming practices, and what goes into each bottle while enjoying a scenic ride through the farm. Tour begins promptly at 5 pm, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior.
