Get Ready to Vote! FOR FARMERS People’s Choice Awards Start February 24th

Farmers from all over the country have submitted videos showcasing their “on-farm project” they would complete should they win a For Farmers People’s Choice Award. Each farmer created a “selfie video” to compete for the grant money, and we’ll get to VOTE (yes, that means you!) for who shall receive the micro-grants. 

Voting Beings on Monday, February 24. Please be sure to vote for and support our Hudson Valley Farmers! We all get to vote for up to five (5) farmer’s videos from Monday 2.24 through Friday 2.28.25. Winners will be announced at 5PM on February 28th.

Watch Each Video HERE and Vote For Your Favorites!

• Forty (40) farms submitted 30-second videos highlighting a farm project that needs funding.
• Your votes decide which ones receive $1000, $500 or $250 toward their projects.
• Watch all the videos: Each video plays automatically once you start the first one.
• Pick up to five (5) farms that you would like to vote for. Write down the names of those farms and click the “Vote” button. (Be careful because a few of the farm names are similar.)
• Share this link with your friends. For every 1000 voters, For Farmers will add an additional $1000 to the awards.
• Voting opens Monday, February 24 at 8 am EST and closes Friday, February 28 at 4 pm EST.
• Winners will be announced at 5 pm sharp on Friday, February 28th.

All the videos will be up on Instagram stories @xoxofarmgirl and open for viewing and voting. INSIDE+OUT will share all Hudson Valley farmer videos on our social media platforms. About the For Farmers Movement 

The For Farmers Movement started in 2022 in an effort to make sure our farmers – especially small producers across the country – were less invisible, better supported, and more appreciated. Love For Farmers is an annual campaign of the For Farmers Movement that takes place every February to share gratitude with farmers across the nation for the work they do. Love For Farmers includes gestures of gratitude as well as a People’s Choice Awards opportunity.
