Celebrating Design and Community at the 7th Annual Kingston Design Showhouse
Calling all interior designers, home decor enthusiasts and Hudson Valley creatives – The 7th Annual Kingston Design Showhouse returns for its seventh year, opening its doors from October 10 through October 26, 2025. Produced by Kingston Design Connection (KDC), the yearly showhouse connects the upstate New York design-build industry for local economic development and helps grow the design scene in the region.
This year’s design team will transform an architectural gem—a stately 1865 Second Empire-style brick cottage located in Kingston’s historic Rondout district. Featuring its original mansard roof and timeless architectural details, this home offers the perfect canvas to showcase the cutting edge of style, craftsmanship, and creativity—while honoring the home’s 160-year legacy. Inside, a collection of rooms, including a receiving parlor, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, will be transformed by top interior designers and visionary makers working with wallpaper, custom cabinetry, built-ins, and bespoke details—reimagining every corner.
Don’t miss the opportunity to explore what happens when history, design, and innovation meet.

“Our 7th Kingston Design Showhouse is a milestone I never expected, having created the first design house as a one-off event. Every year, we meet amazing designers; introduce them to our broader creative community; and watch the magic happen!”— Maryline Damour
