Read the details below and be sure to RSVP Here
Opera House is thrilled to announce the introduction of Fine & Dandy Co., and their collection of custom and commercial-grade wall coverings for both residential and hospitality spaces.
Introducing Fine & Dandy Wall Murals
Somewhere between splendiferous and fanciful sits a small unassuming manor house. What lies within will soothe weary sensibilities that may have grown dull by a journey across the Sea of Beige. All may not be as it seems, but that’s just Fine & Dandy. Here’s a bit of a tease of what you’ll see at Opera House.
The exciting news?
Fine & Dandy’s collection is now available at Opera House Co. Let’s hear from Whitney about her fascination with wall coverings and her upcoming event.
INSIDE+OUT: Tell us about your showroom and large collection of wallpaper.
Whitney Marshall: We have thousands of patterns and colors. We carry everything York and Brewster makes which are the largest domestic wallcovering manufacturers. We also carry fine UK based products such as Sanderson, William Morris & Co Harlequin and Zoffany, as well as their fabrics for the home.
What inspired you to focus on wallpaper?
I love it. Paper plays a dramatic role in a room; even if it is just on an accent wall
Tell us about Fine & Dandy and their collection– what makes it so special.
The special patterns and enormous murals. The substrates they are printed on are very high quality, so high that they are all commercial grade. AND the fact that they are customizable to any size space, large or small….they can even tweak the colors!
Do you have favorites from their collection?
Babylon, Botanica and Arboretum. And Skeletoile is also really fun for the spooky season!

Whitney, tell us about your upcoming event.
We’ll be serving casual wine and cocktails with light bites while perusing our wallpaper and mural collection. The event is in our small 1700’s stacked stone foundry showroom, down a candle lit alleyway. After 8, if guests would like to continue on with the spooky merriments, they are encouraged to wander down the block to Stewart house tavern and restaurant where they will have a Fine & Dandy themed cocktail available on their menu. Dress Code not required but if they would like to dress in Macabe Dapper and Dandy digs they certainly are encouraged.
Join Whitney and friends for a special evening of potable spirits and lite bites as you browse through the shop adorned with custom murals from Fine & Dandy. We invite you to dress in your finest of Dandy-Macabe attire– if you are so inclined. After the Opera House festivities, next stop The Stewart House Tavern, a stones throw away, for an after-event gathering with the Opera House and Fine & Dandy team. Be sure to try the “Fine & Dandy” cocktail, specially created for this event. See you there!
