Context
A graduate of New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Interior Design, Melissa Cohen trained and worked with notable such New York City firms as Fox & Fowle, FRCH and Jeffrey Kerbeykian Architects before founding Context in 1999. Her architecturally-based interior designs draw on her degree and her extensive experience with residential, healthcare and commercial interiors. Her design process is both subjective and analytical, inspired by client consultation and collaboration.
