With over 22 years of experience, Michael Lockwood and his team create spaces that help people connect with one another; spaces that enrich the human experience; spaces that range from classical to modern expression. Our recent projects include commercial and residential design in Upstate New York, Westchester County and New York City.
How We Do It
1. We listen to our clients and create a conversation designed to understand the project program.
2. We photograph, measure and confirm the existing conditions.
3. We develop a master schematic design that culminates in the creation & presentation of a 3D digital model.
4. We determine the best structural system and start selections of materials, windows, doors, lighting, etc.
5. We produce construction documents for permitting and construction.
6. We assist with getting bids for the selection of a contractor.
7. We provide construction administration to assure construction is in accordance with the documents.
