Unfiltered owner Maureen Sciutto has over 25 years’ experience in the restaurant and wine business. She began leading wine classes in 2005 and became a Certified Sommelier in 2013, when she formally began her career in food and wine pairing, wine purchasing and wine list curations. Maureen also teaches and conducts formal educational tastings, food and wine dinners and develops formal wine curricula. She also curates the wine lists for Woodstock’s prestigious Silvia and Good Night restaurants.
