Goodbye 2022 – Hello 2023! Below you’ll find a 2022 list of the hottest Hudson Valley New Year’s Eve events to choose from. Whether your idea of a perfect New Year’s Eve is dancing till dawn with a loved one, enjoying a memorable meal with friends, or contemplating scenic beauty under the stars, here are several celebratory ways to get 2023 off to a good start.

HUNTER + WINDHAM + TANNERSVILLE NEW YORK

All are welcome to ring in the New Year Scribner’s-style at the lodge’s Midnight on the Mountain. Don your winter whites, tartans, and vintage furs to enjoy dinner at Prospect, the lodge’s restaurant, plus enjoy tarot readings, tunes from two DJs and dancing. The first dinner seating starts at 5:00 PM and the second at 7:30 PM.

The New Year’s celebration at Babbler’s starts at 6:00 PM with a three-course prix-fixe dinner and ends with late-night partying till 1:00 AM at the Main Lodge. The dinner menu includes steak, lobster and rack of lamb, followed by such delicious desserts as Buttermilk Panna Cotta and Flourless Chocolate Torte.

New Year’s Eve festivities at the Deer Mountain Inn runs from 10:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with an open bar from 10:00 PM to midnight and a cash bar after that. $125 per person includes gratuity, open bar, canapés and late night bites, and champagne toast. Must be 21 to attend.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at this neighborhood restaurant which has a focus on natural wine. The restaurant is inspired by the modern natural wine bars of Paris and Brooklyn but the application is pure Hudson Valley. Festivities last from 7:00 PM to midnight. A five+ course tasting menu is available for $65 per person, with $35 for drink pairing. Music and dancing will last till the year ends at midnight.

HUDSON NEW YORK

The Maker New Year’s Eve Extravaganza will ring in 2023 in distinctive Maker style. The celebration starts with a decadent raw bar, filled with oysters and caviar, and mouthwatering sweet and savory stations, paired with flowing champagne and a select open bar featuring their euphoric specialty cocktails. Dance all night with a live set by DJ HRDR, featuring tantalizing tracks, as the hotel’s alluring conservatory turns into a sensational dance floor.
