The Woodstock School of Art Celebrates Local Artists and UPSTATE ART WEEKEND
Are you an art collector, artist, or enthusiast living in or visiting the Hudson Valley? Then you’re probably familiar with one of the most popular annual art festivals in the area—UPSTATE ART WEEKEND. Created by Helen Toomer, this awe-inspiring festival is a free, self-guided event spanning ten counties across the Catskills and Hudson Valley, showcasing the best art scene.
The Woodstock School of Art staff and volunteers are thrilled to participate in UPSTATE ART WEEKEND, an annual event celebrating Upstate New York’s cultural vibrancy.
“We are very excited to showcase the diverse and talented artists who call Upstate New York home, and we look forward to welcoming residents and tourists alike to experience the rich cultural heritage of this beautiful region.” – WSA Executive Director, Nina Doyle,

The exhibition features fourteen sculptures purposefully sited throughout the Hudson Valley community.
“We are nature, beauty, and strength. This exhibit speaks to the beauty and balance of coming together of which Woodstock School of Art is the natural embodiment,” says Amanda Russo-Rubman.
