When and where were you the happiest?
Spending time with close family and friends. You don’t realize how happy and fortunate you are when the people you love are healthy. Unfortunately, we often take this for granted. Our families have always been number one. Don’t sweat the small day-to-day stresses and learn to never take the simple things for granted. As the Stoics (or Nietzsche) say, “Amor Fati” or the love of fate.

What is your greatest fear?
Not knowing what comes next.

Expensive sweatpants.
